One Time Nutrition Audit

If you feel like you're on the right track toward balanced and sustainable nutrition habits, but feel that you could benefit from more knowledge on your personal nutrient needs/meal timing/nutrient quantities and the opportunity to ask questions that you’ve had on your mind, this option is perfect for you. After performing a nutrition questionnaire and 5-day dietary analysis, we'll schedule a time to talk about your current nutrition, identify gaps and opportunities for improvements, discuss simple ways to implement behaviors and continue nurturing your relationship with food.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Once you’ve completed the Nutrition Audit Questionnaire you will be sent a link to download the True Coach app within 24 hours of your purchase. This app is where you will log your meals for me to review.

• After completing your food diary for 5 days, we will schedule our 60-minute 1-on-1 call to review your audit.

• Prior to our call you will receive your Nutrition Report to review so that you may come prepared with any specific questions during your consultations.

• During our call we will review the basics of nutrition, thoroughly review what a day in your life looks like, identify gaps in your nutrition and routines, and work together to cultivate a plan of action moving forward.

• After our call, you get to work! You will continue recording your meals in the True Coach app for review and feedback.

• I will provide ongoing feedback and support for 2-weeks post-consult via the True Coach app to answer any questions you may have that come up after our audit.

WHAT YOU GET:

• A suggested course of action detailed by me after reviewing your goals, current barriers and opportunities, and personal nutrition preferences.
