Savory Breakfast Bowl
Savory Breakfast Bowl perfect for a post workout or well-balanced meal.
There is nothing I love MORE than a savory breakfast bowl. Since becoming 100% more intentional about my veggie consumption, breakfast bowls have become a staple in my routine. It’s easy to bulk prepare the ingredients and reheat the morning of, or to throw in a few glass containers and prepare for the week ahead. Just scramble or fry a couple of eggs and throw on top on the morning of, and you’ve got a meal that will not only be tasty, but keep you satisfied and hunger free for a very long time.
Here is one of my go to Breakfast Bowls:
Quinoa and brown rice mix 1/2c
Black Beans 1/2 c
Roasted Brussels Sprouts 1 c
Avocado (Medium) 1/2
Over Medium Eggs 3
Topped with salsa
