KWT BARBELL BASICS
You’re ready to build your confidence in the gym, start throwing around the barbell, and discover your inner physical and mental strength. My barbell basics strength training program is an 8-week progressive program that will bring you from solid bodyweight movements to the most basic barbell fundamental lifts. You do not need any previous training to successfully complete this program. Ease yourself into a sound training program that will prepare you to build strength and power like you’ve never known before.
KWT BARBELL ADVANCED
You’re tired of working out and not seeing the results you’re craving. I can help you change this. Let’s stop training so hard, and focus on training smarter. Using dynamic compound movements and progressive overload, you will soon develop the strength and power that you’ve been aspiring for. Every month you’ll receive a new program, the months builds on each other, and include periods of time where you deload and allow your body to recover in an effort to allow for maximal outcomes.

Do you have a very specific goal in mind? I got you. Together we’ll discuss your specific goals, your needs and limitations, the equipment you have access to, your timeline, and any and all of the other little details that will create the most custom and tailored program possible.

A brand new workout plan each month'
Workouts for 3-5x/ week for ~45 min - 1:15 depending on pace
What are your fitness goals? When do you want to achieve them by? What is your preferred method of training? How much experience do you have? These are just a few of the questions that I will ask upon our initial discovery call. You can plan to spend about 30-45 minutes chatting with me about your specific exercise goals. I will then take that information and create a customized program to help you achieve those goals. I require a 3-month commitment initially, as best results will be obtained 12 weeks+.
